Can I receive a quote over the phone/email/Facebook messenger?
Unfortunately we won't be able to give you a quote via phone call or online without having seen your hair in person to assess the length, thickness and condition. If you would like an idea of the cost, we'd love to invite you into the salon for a complimentary colour consultation, where you will sit with one of our colour experts to discuss what you'd like to have done, and the stylist will be able to give you a full quote for the services we will need to do to achieve your desired look.
Do you have onsite parking?
Unfortunately we don't have onsite parking throughout the day. Appointments AFTER 5PM can use the car park space directly behind our building, you can find the entry on Wood street near the Honda service center! There are multiple surrounding streets with long term parking available throughout the day.
Alternatively Nundah Train Station is a only a short 2 minute walk to the salon.
Do you offer student discounts?
Yes, we offer students 10% off all services.
What are the benefits of Wellaplex?
Wellaplex is a three part re-bonding treatment, that creates artificial bonds in the hair that may have been broken down due to chemical, mechanical or environmental damage. Wellaplex will help reconstruct the inner hair bonds to make the hair stronger as well as more durable.
It can be added to a colour or ligtening service as well as used as a stand alone treatment.
How long is my service expected to take?
As every service and client is different service times may vary, although please let us know if you have times restrictions so we can do our best to get you out of the salon in plenty of time.
How long should I go between services?
If you are trying to maintain a shorter hair style we recommend 4-6 weeks to keep your shape and colour looking its best. If you are hoping to grow your hair it is still important to get semi regular haircuts we recommend 10-12 weeks to keep your hair in good condition. If you want to go longer between services with your colour talk to your stylists for the best colour to suit your lifestyle.
What if I am having a colour and no cut, do I need to have a blowdry?
As we are a full service salon all our colour services are finished with a post colour blowdry.
Do you do gift vouchers?
Yes absoultely! Just ask one of our friendly staff members and they will organise one for you!
Is it important that I use the shampoo, conditioner and styling products the stylists recommends?
We believe it is important for a client to use their whole home hair care regime in order to recreate the beautiful hair we create in salon. We only use the best quality products that we know will help you create your desired look at home and help make your hair feel its best between your visits.
